Lawyers can get a bad reputation for many reasons but I can’t ever imagine this happening to Tosh.  Quite simply, he is brilliant at what he does.  Yes he knows the law and knows the ins and outs of policy and procedure but more than this, he’s an actual living breathing human being and empathises with what you are going through.  He understands.  He cares.  And this shows in his interactions and how he explains things and all the extra work that I fully understand and realise that he puts in to make sure his clients get the results they deserve.  Tosh communicated well and often went out of his way to reassure me and to keep me informed.  He appears not to be motivated by money and is more concerned with doing what’s right and what is fair.  I have been so impressed with his honour and integrity and he was certainly not the starched corporate impersonal lawman that I was expecting.
