My Professional Experience:
I qualified as a solicitor 1990 and have been on the Astute team since 2017.
My background in commercial litigation and commercial law. He began specialising in employment law in 2000 when acting for directors in respect of bonus claims, restrictive covenant issues and public and private limited companies dealing with restructuring issues often as part of company take overs. He also has extensive experience dealing with long term absences and poorly performing employees, prosecuting cases for unfair dismissal, various kinds of discrimination (eg disability, sex and race) with a knack for obtaining significant compensation awards.
Family and friends are extremely important to me and as a parent, one of the reasons I love being part of the Astute team is that we embrace flexible working and balancing time spent on the case and time with family.
